Tow Service also provides services to single owner operator or company with multiple trucks to manage their tow requests. With additional features like automated payments, full job history, flexibility to set rates Tow Service will change the way you do your business.
If your vehicle has experienced a breakdown or mechanical disablement, Tow Service is all equipped to provide the roadside help you need. The core of our service network has been providing emergency roadside assistance services to our clients.
Registered users have to complete a few steps before requesting for service and with in the timeframe of 5 minutes. Then the user will get response from available drivers within that range selected. They can also review the different prices and time truck drivers offer for requested service so that user can select the best as per the requirement and make the payment for the service.

Once the service is assigned or offer is accepted and payment is made between truck driver and user, full information about user and truck driver are shared so that they connect with each other directly.
As every service request must be placed with 5-minute time frame. Handling 2 or more sessions were difficult at a single server. So, we added more servers instead of handling it locally.
GPS wasn't able to track the user’s location, even in an open area. The carrier was upgraded to find the exact location of the user.
The app is free, the user only has to pay for the requested service.
