Keyword Studio · Signity Solutions
Privacy policy
How Keyword Studio handles your information.
Effective date: 23 October 2026.
1. Scope and operator
Keyword Studio is a private keyword research application being developed by Signity Solutions for use with the account owner’s Google Ads account. This policy covers Google Ads authorization, keyword research requests, results and support interactions. Public registration is not available.
Signity Solutions operates Keyword Studio. For support, privacy questions or deletion requests, contact duamit78@gmail.com.
2. Information the application processes
- Google Ads connection information: the configured customer ID, an optional manager-account ID, account currency, and OAuth authorization tokens used to make authorized requests. During connection setup, Google may return the IDs of Ads accounts accessible to the authorizing user.
- Research inputs: keywords you enter or import and the country, language and network you select.
- Research results: keyword text and close variants, average and monthly search volumes, competition metrics, bid estimates, account currency and the time results were retrieved.
- Access and operational information: the application host’s sign-in/session information and technical request or error information needed to authenticate the operator, operate the service and investigate failures.
- Support information: your email address and any information you choose to include in a support or deletion request.
Google account authorization takes place with Google. Keyword Studio does not request your Google password. The application’s research features do not request Gmail messages, Drive files, Search Console reports, payment card details or advertising audience lists.
3. Why Google access is requested
Keyword Studio requests the Google Ads OAuth scope
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords. Google provides a
broad Ads permission; this is not a read-only OAuth scope. The
application uses it to obtain keyword historical metrics and account
currency for the configured account. Its research functionality does not
modify campaigns, bids or budgets.
4. How information is used
Information is used to connect the authorized account, process research requests, display and export results, reuse recent results to reduce repeat API calls, maintain access controls, diagnose errors and respond to support requests.
Google user data is not sold, used for advertising targeting, supplied to data brokers, or used to train generalized artificial intelligence or machine-learning models. It is not used to build unrelated profiles.
Keyword Studio’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
5. Sharing and service providers
Google receives the keywords, targeting settings and account identifiers needed to return the requested metrics. The application’s hosting and authentication providers process information necessary to operate the private application. Support email is processed by the relevant email provider. Providers must be used only as necessary for these purposes and subject to appropriate protections.
Authorized administrators may access data when needed to support the operator with permission, investigate security or operational issues, or comply with law. Data may be disclosed where legally required or necessary to protect the service against abuse. It is not made publicly available by the application. If you download and share a report, you control the recipients of that copy.
6. Storage and retention
Connection credentials are intended to be held in the application’s server-side secret configuration, outside public pages, browser code and exported reports. They are retained while the connection is active and removed when the operator disconnects and the administrator removes the stored credentials.
The current implementation uses a bounded, in-memory results cache. Cached results are eligible for reuse for 24 hours; an expired entry may remain in memory until replacement, eviction or the server process ends. This is not a guaranteed deletion deadline. There is currently no application report database.
Reports downloaded to your device remain under your control until you delete them. Any future browser-saved research history will be disclosed before that feature is enabled.
- Technical application logs: deleted after 30 days; tokens and keyword-report contents are excluded from these logs.
- Support correspondence: deleted 90 days after resolution, unless legally required longer.
- Report database / backups: there is no persistent report database or report backups. This does not describe infrastructure-provider backups.
- Downloaded reports: remain on the operator’s device until the operator deletes them.
7. Revoking access and requesting deletion
You can remove Keyword Studio’s Google authorization from your Google Account’s third-party connections. Revocation prevents future authorized Google API access; it does not automatically erase reports already downloaded or copies retained by the application.
To request deletion of stored credentials, cached research or support information, email duamit78@gmail.com with the subject “Keyword Studio data deletion.” Do not include passwords or tokens. The operator may verify your identity, remove the applicable application data and explain any legally required retention. Local downloads must be deleted on the devices where you saved them.
8. Security and processing locations
The intended safeguards include HTTPS for application and API traffic, restricted application access, server-side secrets and limited administrative access. No system can guarantee complete security.
Google and other service providers may process information outside your country. HubSpot hosts the public information pages; it does not establish where the private app or Google credentials run.
9. Public website and cookies
These information pages are hosted on Signity Solutions’ HubSpot website. Website hosting, analytics and cookie practices are described in the Signity Solutions website privacy policy and its cookie controls. Those website practices do not authorize the use of connected Google Ads data for marketing. The HTML supplied for these pages adds no tracking scripts, forms or cookies.
10. Updates and contact
Material changes to the application’s practices will be reflected in this policy before the changed use begins, with additional notice or consent where required. This business research application is not directed at children. For privacy questions or applicable access, correction or deletion requests, contact duamit78@gmail.com.
